My client is a highly successful supplier of maintenance solutions to UK industry and is a growing force within this market. With ten facilities across the UK, the group offers an integrated network to local industries and provides a premier engineering service The company are now looking to recruit the following position to join the Machine Tool Services division based in the West Midlands and servicing a number of customers with in the Midlands region. CNC Machine Tool Service Engineer You will have served a minimum 4 year apprenticeship in either mechanical or electrical engineering and should ideally have experience working on customer sites as a machine tool service engineer. Ideally you will be multi-skilled and be conversant with CNC controls including Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain, with either an electrical or mechanical bias but the ability to read electrical drawings and trace faults down to board level would be a distinct advantage. You will be ambitious and self motivated with the desire to work as part of a highly skilled professional team. The successful applicant will find this role demanding but very rewarding. In return they offer an excellent remuneration package dependant upon skill level and experience, company pension and 25 days holiday per year plus statutory holidays. A full driving licence is necessary for this position. We will not provide UK work permits. Please ensure you are a UK/EU resident or have a relevant permit.
