It has a worldwide presence and facilities across the globe. Due to continued expansion and increasing numbers of new orders the client continues to grow and recruit in a number of areas. Position An opportunity arises within Fuel Systems for a Fluid Mechanical Verification Lead Engineer to work within the Fluid mechanical design team The jobholder will work closely with the design team on a day to day basis and will report into the performance integrity department. The job owner will be expected to become familiar with the fluid mechanical design activities - to include modelling and simulation (flow master). The major responsibility of the role is in the management of the System Engineering Verification deliverables from the design process through successive project baselines. Key Skills The ideal candidate will: 1 Be qualified to degree level or equivalent in engineering or related discipline 2 Have good experience of the aerospace sector 3 Have a sound knowledge of fluid mechanics and V&V (Validation and Verification) 4 Ideally be familiar with fuel systems within an aerospace environment.
